We have a rewarding opportunity for Internet Marketing Manager. In this role, you will work as an integral part of the marketing team to optimize Holiday Retirement’s online presence and drive greater quality lead generation using a variety of digital media and tactics including web sites, social media, online directories and referral services, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, conversion rate optimization, email, call center and others. You’ll collaborate with field marketing, content marketing and sales to ensure various stakeholders have access to digital media, information and resources to help them better understand and engage with Holiday. You’ll lead a small team and help develop their technical and program management skills while leading them to achieve or exceed established goals.

Internet Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Devise and deliver specific, actionable plans for improving website performance. Prioritize initiatives and maintain website and digital asset product development calendar.
  • Understand and document requirements/processes to quickly convert them into working online components.
  • Work alongside outside agencies to develop, test and deploy features with a focus on creating the best possible end-user experience.
  • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and digital marketing assets to attract prospective customers and convert leads.
  • Act as the primary tester of web and digital assets ensuring they are consumer-ready and will work across platforms.
  • Work closely with agencies and internal resources to implement SEO and conversion strategies. Hands-on SEO experience is required.
  • Provide support and coordination for content changes on HolidayTouch.com and other digital assets. Coordinate or make web content updates, as needed.
  • Provide leadership to agencies or associates responsible for search engine marketing performance. Prioritize initiatives and manage all aspects of projects with direct accountability for the growth of KPIs.
  • Manage associates responsible for digital marketing channels, such as reputation management and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Assist in data collection and reporting against monthly KPIs. Responsible for the ongoing reporting of performance against initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers, Specialists, Coordinators, Designers and other team members to ensure a timely, accurate and professional finished product.
  • Interact and communicate with all employees, residents, internal and external customers and vendors in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industries.
  • Confident and effective written and verbal communications skills.
  • Minimum 2 years managing vendors.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and in leveraging site analytics programs for insights (Google Analytics).
  • Rigorous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under tight constraints, manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet project deadlines while delivering a quality product and excellent service.
  • Proficiency in computer use and relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage one’s own time and provide leadership to others.
