In the role of Operations Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective organization, management and timely delivery of all field facing projects and programs; ensuring that all cross-functional team members work efficiently, and project/program goals and objectives are achieved . You should have an aptitude for thinking outside of the box and enjoy critical thinking, problem solving, organization, and cross-functional team management.

Operations Project Manager:


  • Develop, maintain and document detailed project plans which outline project status, individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation; monitor and track project/program progress
  • Serve as a point of contact for all field facing projects and programs
  • Responsible for inspecting projects for quality assurance; manage the audit process
  • Ensure retention of project records is compliant with company policy
  • Monitor and report on overall progress against agreed targets, milestones, outputs and activities
  • Ensure project issues and risks are logged, monitored, reported on, managed and mitigated; escalate risks and issues to the VP of Corporate Operations and project leadership
  • Ensure customer/field/support center satisfaction through post-project debrief process
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
  • Define scope, budget and schedule for operations projects and programs
  • Manage project teams to execute operations projects/programs effectively, efficiently, on-time and within budget
  • Provide project progress status, delays and issues to the VP of Corporate Operations in timely manner
  • Conduct regular meetings, provide support, training and guidance to project teams
  • Support project advocacy with stakeholders
  • Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output; monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures
  • Ensure project/program related company policies and SOPs are implemented and are compliant
  • Manage the development and presentation of project reports and ensure these outputs are fit for purpose; other reporting as requested
  • Monitor project/program expenditure against budgets and forecasts, including costs, operating expenses and procurements
  • Contribute to process improvement through innovative and cost-effective proposals/ideas/suggestions
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with support center and field associates/third parties/vendors
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Other duties as assigned.




  • Project Management Professional PMP Certification required
  • Proven 3 – 5 years of experience managing operational related projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study
  • Experience managing large and complex projects
  • Knowledge and experience in operations; field concepts, practices and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel capabilities
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, SharePoint and programming languages
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Advanced business acumen and strategic planning skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Financial acumen and the ability to interpret and analyze financial reports
  • Can deal comfortably with senior managers, including presenting ideas, results, and issues in a clear, concise and professional manner
